Ingredients
Scale
Base
- 200g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
- 100g unsalted butter (melted)
Filling
- 500g cream cheese (softened)
- 100g powdered sugar
- 300ml heavy cream (cold)
- 200g Kinder chocolate bars (melted and slightly cooled)
- 4 Kinder Bueno bars (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- Extra Kinder Bueno pieces
- Chocolate drizzle (melted chocolate)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the base. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
- Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the melted Kinder chocolate and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated for a luscious chocolate flavor.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, ensuring it is light and airy to add to the filling.
- Combine Filling and Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and chocolate mixture until smooth and fluffy, taking care not to deflate the cream.
- Add Kinder Bueno Pieces: Stir in the chopped Kinder Bueno bars evenly throughout the filling to add a delightful crunch and hazelnut flavor.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Spoon the filling over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top with a spatula for an even finish.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, allowing it to fully set and develop flavors.
- Serve: Before serving, top the cheesecake with more chopped Kinder Bueno pieces and drizzle with melted chocolate for an elegant presentation and extra indulgence.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture and best flavor.
- This cheesecake can be frozen and thawed in the refrigerator before serving for make-ahead convenience.
- For clean, neat slices, dip a sharp knife in hot water and wipe it dry between cuts.
